Start by talking to him while hiring DVD. Do NOT go there for no particular reason, there is a name for that, its called stalking. After she feels comfortable talking to him and she know a bit about him she should casualy throw in the line, ';Its a shame we dont get to talk long while your at work, we should something sometime'; From that she should get a clear yes or no reaction, if he seems unfortable its a no if he is all for it its a deffinate yes anything else, she should offer her number if he messages her cool if not, you have your answer. If he gives a yes motion but doesnt give a number dont stress, offer him yours! It will flow from that
