I think it is doubtful, u need a lifestyle change, not a crash dietDoes anyone know if this diet works?
diets work in this sense. when you diet, you will loose weight but you cannot live off that diet forever, because it is too unhealthy. so, as soon as you get off the diet for a month or so you will put the weight back on. so, yes. you will loose weight for the wedding, but hun you will gain it back, especially if you don't start eating better and exercising.

That's absurd, it just looks like another gimmick that makes people waste their money. You can't healthily lose 18 lbs in 4 days and keep it off.
It's another gimmick to take your money. Okay, so you lsoe the weight quickly. Right? It doesn't stay off because you have to lose weight slowly in order for the weight to stay off for good. Get your doctor's permission to start the Atkin's Diet. I lost 130 lbs. in just under a year %26amp; have kept it off, because I'm still on it but maintaining now.
That doesn't sound healthy at all.





1) Drink lot's of water.


2) Drink lot's of green tea.


3) Run every morning.


4)Eat fruits and vegetables.


5) Do not eat junk food.





Be sure you drink lot's of water to keep you feeling full. And therefore you eat less. Alot of the time people are actually thirsty but they think they are hungry, so they eat food, instead of just drinking some water. Drinking green tea also helps to boost your metabloism. It is said that if you drink 3 cups of green tea a day, you will burn about 70 extra calories. Cardio is the best way to lose weight, since spot reducing is impossible, it burns fat very quickly all over your body. eating fruits and vegetables is also a wise idea, because they tend to be low in calories. Junk food is bad for you, puts weight on you and makes you feel unhealthy. Avoid it for a week, but treat yourself at the end of a week, you don't want to totally deprive yourself of junk food, or else you won't be ble to stick to you diet.
