You could set a static IP For one of the two computers with that IP so they would not conflict anymore. Do you have a router? Resetting the DHCP Lease may fix the issue on it's own. (Resetting the router would do that)How to fix this work network error?
It looks like you are either out of DHCP addresses on your server, or the subnet is full.





Two ways you can fix it.


1: If you have a lot of mobile users visit your network for a day and gone the next... Shorten lease times to 12 hours, that way you get address renewals about every 8 hours.


2: Expand the subnet on your DHCP server to include more addresses. You can find many free subnet calculators on the internet that can show you what you'd get for making a subnet mask .254 to include the adjoining Class C into your DHCP pool.
