some of my friends have this radar.....and they said that this really works....but i don't think so...please help me to solve this problem...than u.I have this radar detector (cobra XRS 9530) do you think this really works?
Radar detectors do their job. They are basically all the same.
That said, the police in most areas have gone back to the older models of radar, and just click the power on and off when neccessary.
Your radar detector is worthless if the police radar is off, they turn it on once they see you, and by then, it's to late. your detector will go crazy, and you'll enjoy your ticket.
Your best bet is to drive within a few miles per hour of the speed limit.
