So yesterday I messed up these espresso chocolate cookies that I was going to make for my friends. I need to make something else last minute, so I want to make cupcakes. I was wondering if my could make chocolate cupcakes with mini marshmallows (I don't have any chocolate chips) with a espresso frosting on top. Do you think this would work and taste good?Would this work and taste good?
If you want go ahead and make the chocolate cupcakes and make one or two on the side with the mini marshmallows. If you don't like them, you don't have to serve the ones with the mini marshmallows, but you still can use the plain chocolate ones. If you like them, then you have a whole new creation and share with friends.Would this work and taste good?
I think they should taste pretty good.
not to keen on marshmallows but they sound great maybe try some cinnamon on top
