Could this short work be considered a poem?

love, like time, never slows; never stops.


Has always been there, and always will.


Always it moves, like the sand of an hourglass.





I get many thoughts like this, but this one seemed to have a slight poetic quality to it... If it is a poem, I'm not asking how good it is, I'm simply asking to identify what kind. thanks!Could this short work be considered a poem?

Sounds like a free verse poem, since it doesn't seem to follow any sort of pattern.
