Will the Keynesian ';liquidity boost'; reinflation program work this time round?

With debt levels as high as they are, do you think the ';liquidity boost ';is likely to be absrbed again by ';consumers';, thereby enabling an economic recovery from this malaise in due course? Will the Keynesian ';liquidity boost'; reinflation program work this time round?
Of course it won't work. The greedy bank execs, rich auto companies, that are too good to hire someone like me, yet we the general public pay for their mistakes and they continue to live off others. The govt. doesn't even have it's hand in how they use our money for their company. No recovery in the near future. i'm scared even to trade stocks. It's basically a game of hot potato now.
