What is this ';work fm home p/t,f/t make $1000.00 deal?

Yes, I am looking for job but how should I judge when it says make money by cashing checks and receive 10% etc....

Has anyone done this kind of work and is it all legal and real? What is this ';work fm home p/t,f/t make $1000.00 deal?
It is an illegal scam. They send you counterfeit checks and have you wire them the money via Western Union. What is this ';work fm home p/t,f/t make $1000.00 deal?
This is check fraud. This is how it works: You are a representative for a company and checks are mailed to you. Then you take these checks and deposit them into your account. You will be instructed to send 90% to who ever and keep 10%. Eventually, the bank will come after you because these checks are fake. You will be held responsible and will be required to pay back your bank. Stay away from this scheme. SCAM alert. Talk to your bank and they will tell you the same thing.
Cashing checks and and receive 10%? Sounds like rediscounting to me. Rediscounting is when you encash a check or any negotiable instrument and hold a certain percentage as service charge. Let's say Mr. A is paid by Mr. B with a check for 10k dated next week. The next day, Mr. A is in a sudden need of cash and the only thing he has is the check. Since he cannot encash it until next week, he goes to someone who offers rediscounting and encashes his check. He doesn't get the full amount however; if 10% is the service charge, he only gets $9000.

As for work from home offers, if it sounds too good to be true it probably is.
That sure sounds like a scam. Why wouldn't they just do it themselves if it were legal? You will get ripped off, don't do it.

I was able to make some money online, but never doing anything like that.
