This diet is terrible for you. It has not nearly enough calories in it - it will most probably make you quite illif you followed it for a week or two. Eating less than 1200 calories a day means that your body goes into starvation mode and starts storing any fat you have left on you. Anything you do eat once the diet is over will immediately be stored as fat and although you will definitely lose weight by following this diet, you will find that it comes back with a vengeance and will be more stubborn to move. You would be much better with a healthier 1200-1500 calorie diet. The weight, once off will actually stay off.Do you know if this diet works?
