How do you work this darn thing?

How do you give peoples comments a thumbs up or a thumbs down, it just wont seem to work for me! Please help! :)How do you work this darn thing?
You can vote for undecided questions at Level 1, even your own, but you need to be on Level 2 to rate / evaluate answers (thumb up /down).





You need a total of 250 points to get to Level 2.


You have a total of 119 points, you need another 131 points to get there.





The best way to gain points is to answer and vote to your limit each day, whatever level you are on.





Visit each day - 1 point


Answer to your limit each day - 2 points each answer - 20 answers - 40 points


Hope for some best answers - 10 points each best answer plus 1 point for every thumbs up (maximum 50 points)


Vote to your limit each day - 1 point each vote - 20 votes - 20 points


If you ask a question, -5 points, pick a best answer, you get 3 points back.

Until you reach 2,250 or 2,275 then you can be able thumb up or down.


Keep on going , don't quit until you reach it then you will be able do it.
You get one point for a thumbs up in open questions or best answers. If you give a thumbs up for the best answer already chosen, it doesn't count. Go up a level before you start.
The thumbs rating feature is only available to users who have achieved level two or greater within the Yahoo! Answers community. Keep on answering questions to earn points to reach the next level.

you have to be on at least level two. Don't worry, just keep answering people's questions and you will get there eventually. Best of luck
Click on either the thumbs up/thumbs down symbol by each comment. You can't do it for your own.
You have to be Level 2 to give thumbs up or down.
