Please look at the facts, she said she was better than a white male. How is that not racist? She did this to herself, the Republicans are simply pointing out the facts, not smearing. If it were the other way around and a white male had said something similar, the dems would be having a major temper tantrum about it. Double standards.
When someone discriminates against someone or gives them preferential treatment based on race, that's called racism, and Obama and Sotomayor are guilty of both . You can call that attempting to smear them if you like, I call it presenting the facts. God bless.
