I ate a good breakfast, no lunch, and a good dinner..


drink tons of water and run on the treadmill lots..


~Would i lose enough weight from this?How good would this work if...?
actually you should eat breakfast lunch and dinner but you should try not to eat after 7 and dont eat more than 1800 calories, also its good for your metabolism to work constantly so if you eat a little something every 3 hours like half an apple or something it would be good.How good would this work if...?
THATS GOOD FOR WEIGHT LOSS WITH ESSENTIAL ENERGY TO YOUR BODY.


NOTHING BETTER THEN WALKING AND JOGGING.
