one pls... if ever i server in the navy for four years.. and my contract is done.. and went out already.. and decided.. to study in the philippines.. will the GI Bill will be effective.. do they offers this to people who wants to study out in the u.s?GI bill does this work when u want to finish your college in the phillippines..?
Yes, there are some schools in the Philippines that are approved for the GI Bill. My wife's uncle graduated from Silliman University on the GI Bill back in the 90's.
The vast majority of schools in the Philippines will NOT be approved. You'll have to attend a place like UP, Atneo, Silliman, etc...
