Im on a diet to lose weight fast fast fast, will this work out?

i've been feeling fat these last days so i decided to eat less. Today my aunt made an ugly comment ';you try to squeeze into those size 10 jeans, hahahaha'; i felt so bad.


Today I ate


special k and soy silk milk


1 pear


2 slices of mushroom pizza

That is very very unhealthy. YOu need a minimum of 1200 or more calories every day in order to lose weight healthy. If you keep doing what you are doing you will end up sick and in the hospital. Also the next time your aunt makes a rude comment remind her that that was not called for and that she should be more considerate as it takes all kinds of people to make up this world.
try salads with tuna or chicken is good for you
Do not let your calorie intake go below 1200 calories, or your body will go into starvation mode and you will not burn calories. You have to give your body food for energy to burn calories.
ITS ALL ABOUT METABOLISM!! Eat about 6 small meals (mostly protein, jerky or nuts are awesome snacks!) not eating through out the day will actually store the food you eat as fat for reserve energy, when the body is fed many times during the day it burns it quickly like fuel for your engine. Plus if you drink soda, cut back as much as you can..some people shed many pounds when they stop drinking soda. good luck..most of all dont be so hard on your self..its not worth it..trust me I have been struggling frrom anorexia for 15 years and it has really taken a toll on my health plus my relationships, job, etc...

you shouldn't change what you think, all because of what someone else thinks.
eat reasonably and try to increase you phisical activity. even if you eat more the more running jogging, tennis, soccer or any think that you can get a good work out it is a sure thing in loosing the weight. i lost 20lb in 3 weeks by working out at the gym every day for 1h and eating only one a day anything even fast food. it takes a strong determination to do this if you want to loose the weight asap.

well, everybody would like to be in the perfect shape, but you dont have to take that comment and punish you, you are the only person to have the final descicion. another way to get in shape is to work on up in a gym, because while you lose weight you are looking much better
Hon, the only thing you did wrong was to have 2 slices of pizza. If that is all you ate throughout the day you have not eaten enough.





You should eat at least 6 very small meals throughout the day. like this: 1. 1 Cup cereal and 1/2 cup milk or soy and 1 fresh fruit, 2. slice of toast with peanut butter or jam. 3. sandwich, 8 oz. milk, 1 fresh fruit 4. cheese and crackers, 8 oz milk or soy, 5. 4 oz meat (or some protein), 2 cups vegetable (hot or cold--like salad) and 1/2 cup rice or noodles w/butter, 6. 1/2 cup cottage cheese w/chives and 3 crackers, 8 oz milk or soy. That is a sensible diet plan and you will lose weight on it, too, slowly but sensibly.
Try to eat 4-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big meals a day. This will speed up your metabolism and also try to figure what type of metabolism you have. Protein or Carbs.
