How to work this chemistry problem?

A 0.2800 gram sample of limestone was decomposed by heating, 75.0 milliliters of CO2 at 750 mm Hg, and 20 degrees Celsius were evolved. How many grams of CO2 were produced?

Please tell me how to work the problem and provide your answer? Your help is very appreciated.How to work this chemistry problem?
PV = nRT

Convert temperature to kelvin: 20掳C + 273 = 293 K

Convert mililliters to liters: 75 mL/1000 = 0.075 L

Convert mm Hg to atmospheres: 750 mm Hg 脳 (1 atm / 760 mm Hg) = 0.9868 atm

R is the proportionality constant equivalent to 0.08206 L鈥tm / K鈥ol

You want to solve for n (moles) and then convert to grams

PV = nRT

n = PV / RT

n = (0.9868 atm)(0.075 L) / (0.08206 L鈥tm / K鈥ol)(293 K)

n = 0.0031 mol CO2

0.0031 mol CO2 脳 ( 44.01 g CO2 / 1 mol CO2) = 0.1364 g CO2
